Please welcome my sister who allowed her daughter to enjoy this fun product in this guest review! You may be seeing more from her in the future!
My daughter is a huge arts & crafts person. If it can be glittered, glued, colored, beaded or built, she needs it. So Wearables by Kid Constructions was an absolute perfect project for her.
Wearables are available in 3 designs: Stunt Plane, Princess Carriage, & Dozer. We have the plane. There are quite a few pieces & some of them are very large. I really thought it would take her hours to color them, but she rushed through it to get to the good part.
Putting it together.
Wearables provide plenty of play time with three simple steps:
Create: Kids start by putting their own creative touch on their Wearable by decorating each piece with crayon, markers, paint, stickers, paper cutouts, wherever their imagination takes them.
Construct: Next, children work together with a grownup to build the three-dimensional Wearable play structure according o the easy-to-follow instructions, or by logging on to the Wearables website for video instructions.
Wear: Once decorated and assembled, children can step into their Wearables, adjust the shoulder straps, and leet their imaginations take them to the next level of role-play.
It actually only took about 15 minutes to put it together, which is pretty amazing for me. The instructions were fairly simple to follow. I would recommend adult help with this part, as children may have some difficulty with them
Wearables™ by Kid Constructions™ is the unique line of creative constructible toys that puts a new twist on a classic play pattern. Featuring multiple die-cut corrugated pieces, Wearables offer construction play that transforms into role-play as children create, construct and wear their creations. All the elements combine for creative, crafting, imaginative, and active play that encourages fun, quality family time.
Couple things I really like. Wearables are eco friendly, biodegradable & recyclable, and they’re designed, produced, & packed in the USA. Yay! Good for the environment, good for the economy. The price is right, too. At under $30 a piece, they’re less expensive than some of the Halloween costumes we’ve bought over the years.
Where to buy and how to stay in touch!
Wearables by Kid Constructions are available from Toys”R”Us & Amazon.com, so there’s still plenty of time to pick one up for a costume this year. They were created with 4-10 year olds in mind. It’s a hard decision between the dozer and the plane, but I think my son would like the plane best.
Because I have a daughter, I would choose the Princess Chariot
I like the princess carriage best. Thanks.
