Keep Cool in School with Yoplait Go-Gurt

The kids have been back to school for almost a week now! WooHoo! I love them but it’s nice to have some quiet time too! Mr.T. ventured into the world of Tech this year and found out that they serve a better lunch than home school so he’s happy to buy it there. Pie however is, and has always been, a “packer”. Sure she occasionally circle pizza or chicken nugget day on the lunch menu but for the most part she loves deciding what she’ll pack for her lunch. One thing we’re doing this year is using delicious Yoplait Go-Gurt to help keep her lunch cool. Cool as in cold AND a “too cool for school” type of thing :)

Yoplait Go-gurt is the perfect lunch box item for us – It tastes so good that Pie doesn’t want to trade them off to her buddies for skittles or something else that’s going to rot her teeth! We can even freeze them overnight so that they help keep her lunchbox fridge cold until lunch time. She was head over heels in <3 love <3 with the new flavors we found at Walmart – Strawberry Milkshake and Banana Split. She loved them so much that I had to try one for myself and I have got to say that the Strawberry Milkshake was so delicious! Like a creamy smoothie almost. I want more but I don’t think Pie wants to share :(

You can tell that Pie really likes the taste but there are other reasons Go-Gurt is a smart choice. For one thing there are often times double Box-Tops on the cartons. Box Tops = happy Pie. She loves the friendly box top collecting competition they have at school and clips them faithfully. Mom loves Go-Gurt because I know it’s a healthy option for breakfast, lunch or snack time because it provides a good source of calcium and vitamin D in each portable tube.
