{almost} Wordless Wednesday – Labor Day Weekend #ww

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend, it was relaxed and we didn’t do too much. Saturday we went to see the Fireworks display over the lake at Conneaut Lake Park. It was a beautiful show and a perfect night. Despite the fact that I couldn’t take a  good fireworks photo to save my life, my Galaxy S3 shot some pretty neat ones anyways. I’m using the UCam app that I found last month, love the anti-vibrate feature! I really like the blurry-squiggly-ness of these shots!

I was also super happy to snap a couple of photos of the “kids.”

Well, T and his girlfriend may not be kids so much anymore but I think T will always be a kid to me. So, that’s what I’m calling him forever and ever, dang-it!

    What great pictures!!

My oldest son is 8, and when I call him “BABY” he gets all upset about it. My husband has tried to tell him that he will ALWAYS be my “baby” but J doesn’t buy it yet.

Yep! Just before school started. He said he knew he wouldn’t be able to get in the bathroom to straighten his longer hair this year since his sister now gets on the bus with him for middle school — smart boy ;)

You can call ’em kids for as long as you wanna. My oldest is married and call him and his wife kids. Thankfully, they don’t mind. :)
