Pumpkins pumpkins everywhere! Just because Halloween is over it doesn’t mean we should forget about one of Autumn’s most versatile vegetables…er… I mean fruit!! No matter what it is, the pumpkin has so many more uses than just pie – Use it to liven up cool weather stews, casseroles, breads, sweets and savory dishes! Here are just a few pumpkin recipes that I am dying to try this month.
