MomSelect recently offered me the opportunity to try and review Sun Laundry Detergent. I was thrilled and immediately accepted! After all, I have two active children and a hubby who works as a general contractor, I have lots of DIRTY laundry!
I have been using a fragrance free detergent for the past several years because I cannot stand the overpowering scents some detergents use. I especially avoid flowery or perfume type laundry soaps. They just don’t smell fresh to me.
The moment I opened the cap to Sun’s new Sun Burst with Sunsational Scents “Clean & Fresh”, I knew it was for me! It really does smell like a burst of fresh air, almost like your clothes have been hung out to dry in the sunshine! No flowery or heavy scents here, just a sweet clean aroma. Even after a spin in the dryer our clothes have a pleasant lingering scent of fresh air.
I love that the detergent is 2X concentrated because it means that it’s better for the environment, less waste and more room on my laundry shelf. The Sun Burst bottle may be small but it has the cleaning power to wash 29 loads of clothes! It is also HE compatible.
Another thing I noticed about this detergent is that it is MADE IN THE U.S.A.! I don’t know about you but lately I have really been making an effort to buy more American made products. This is a big plus in my eyes and worth changing detergents for.

We use the Sun in the purple bottle. Can't recall the scent and couldn't tell which one it was on their site. My daughter absolutely insists that I buy that specific one. We love the smell!
