{almost} Wordless Wednesday – Graduation Party #ww

We hosted our son’s graduation party at the community park last Sunday. It was so nice to catch up with family and though the day was long and hot, it turned out to be a  big success! I still have a hard time believing this “kid” will be starting college in less than a month!

My daughter and I made the photo board to put on the cake table, everyone LOVED looking at all of the old photos and it was a nice way to include my Dad and Gramma since they are no longer with us — they would be so proud of their grandson!

I stole this photo from my mom’s Facebook, I have no clue what’s going on here but this is typical Grandma with her two oldest grandsons!

I made sure to get this photo for my step-Dad. My step-brother and his family (far left) are moving to Iowa in early August so it will be a long time before this group is together again.

This photo cracks me up, if you look closely, you can see that my mom is rolling her eyes at my step-Sis and I. Not that we were being silly a second before this photo was snapped – not us!

My Mom made sure to get a four generation photo, geesh – I look awful but I was hot and tired! I’m going to make sure to get a better one soon!

Grandbaby had her very first ride on our park’s historic carousel! She liked it so much that she wouldn’t look at Gramma to have her photo taken and her eyes were huge the whole time, so cute!

Congratulations to both our son and his fiancee for graduating! They will both be starting college in August. We are so proud of them for going after their dreams!
