Sometimes I wish my family would be a little more adventurous with the foods that they eat. I like different tastes and combinations and most of the time, they don’t. For some reason I’ve always steered clear of any type of bread like food that can be cooked in the microwave. A few bad experiences with a meal that turned out hard as a rock has made it’s impression on me! I am very happy to say the the pizza slice I heated in my microwave turned out soft and perfectly cooked without being dry or hard at all! the crust stayed firm without getting soggy and the toppings were delicious with all of the gooey cheese! It was truly ready in just 4 minutes, as the box says.
The white sauce on my slice was creamy and well flavored without having any overpowering garlic taste. The chicken, mushrooms, and spinach went so well together and honestly I think if I would have shared, the family probably would have liked the taste too! I think FRESCHETTA® By the Slice would be a nice product to have on hand for a quick lunch for myself or the kids. I have to say that FRESCHETTA® tops my list of affordable frozen pizza that truly tastes fresh.
