I am so excited to be chosen to participate in the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse Test Drive campaign! Even though I don’t have the nicest teeth, I do try to take care of them. Cosmetics aside, I want my teeth and mouth to feel fresh and clean every day.
Normally I brush my teeth twice a day, and floss at least once in the evening. I’m ashamed to admit that I haven’t been regularly using a mouth rinse because I have yet to find one that I really like. There are some not so tasty ones out there that have just about scared me away from them all!
Guess what? This Crest Rinse isn’t scary at all!
In fact, it’s quite yummy. If a mouthwash could be called yummy…
I’ve been using the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Rinse for a few days now and must say that I like it so far. The mint flavor isn’t overwhelming like some others that I have tried in the past. It is a nice peppery minty taste that isn’t extremely strong, yet it feels clean and really gives me that confident feeling of fresher breath. What I really love is that the fresh minty taste stays with me for a long time. It lasts! Another big plus for me is that when I use a rinse every morning, it seems to help deter me from mid morning snacking! Don’t you just hate to ruin a clean minty mouth with a snack? I do! So hopefully this will be a useful tool in my quest for healthier eating too.
As a family, we keep on top of our dental visits. I make sure that the children visit at least every six months for a cleaning and dental check up. I want them to have the best teeth that they can, and every opportunity to keep their mouths healthy. Sometimes it can be real chore trying to get my youngest to slow down and really brush well enough to get her teeth clean. I know that it truly is worth it to make the extra effort though, and try to help her understand that this is an important part of hygiene.

Sounds wonderful doesn’t it? Well, for the next month, I’ll be putting Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse to the test. Using the rinse twice a day, I’ll see if I notice any differences in my oral heath. Towards the end of April, I’ll report back here with my findings and thoughts.

This looks interesting. We’re on top of it when it comes to our oral health as well. The girls have been seeing the dentist since they were 12 and 18 months, respectively. No cavities or issues so far!
I used this as well and LOVE it. We have added it to our daily routine. I like it a lot better than Listerine.
