Ever since the kids were little, we have spent just about every New Year’s Eve and Day at home. I really have no desire to go out partying when I could be spending the time with my family. While Chris and I do occasionally enjoy having an adult beverage from time to time, we usually just stick with kid-friendly drinks.
Welch’s Sparkling juices are a favorite non-alcoholic drink of the entire family. I get a bottle or two every year so that we can ring in the new year with a family toast. I remember how excited the kids would get about the “fancy bottle” when they were little. And when I got out the fancy glasses to go along with our sparkling toast, you could see the sparkle in their eyes.
We still keep this tradition and I think it’s a great way to include kids of all ages in the New Year celebration.
I never realized it before but Welch’s Sparkling comes in flavors besides our usual Red Grape and White Grape. It also comes in Blueberry Gape and Cranberry, yummy!
