KidCo Go-Pod Portable Activity Center review #babygifts

When you have an active family, being on the go isn’t something that stops just because there’s a baby to tote along. This fun baby product from One Step Ahead is a great gift for any family that keeps an active schedule. The KidCo Go-Pod Portable Activity Center is what I would call “a camp chair for babies“.

The activity center folds up and stores easily inside its own storage bag, just like the camp chairs everyone uses during the summer! Very cool! The shoulder strap makes carrying the baby center comfortable and hassle free. This portable activity center is a great alternative to lugging around a baby walker or other bulky baby gear. It is perfect for outdoor events like picnics, camping, sporting events and even a great place for baby to play nearby while you weed the flowers or wash up the dishes.

If you are a traveling family, I can see how convenient the KidCo Go-Pod would be. It would be very easy to take along in a car for family vacations or family visits.

There are five loops around the perimeter of the baby seat, they are the perfect place to clip some of baby’s favorite toys. Two cup holders keep a bottle or sippy cup close at hand and the protective foot mat keeps crumbs and drips from straying too far. It had a relatively small footprint at just 24″ by 24″ square and 24″ in height at it’s highest setting. There is even a nice little pocket on the outside of the carrying case that is roomy enough to store a few small toys.

The Go-Pod is very lightweight at just 7 lbs, that makes it super portable! It even grows with baby since the chair is adjustable to four height settings! With a steel telescopic frame and tough nylon materials, this baby spectator chair will last for a long time! It easily wipes clean with a damp cloth. I love this item, it’s one of those things you wish was around when your own children were babies!
