Breakfast around our house is a hit or miss depending on who you’re talking about. My husband almost never eats breakfast… unless it’s a boring piece of toast. My daughter and I usually eat cereal and if I’m to be honest, unless it’s the weekend I have no idea whether my 16 year old son is eating before he heads out the door in the morning or not! So when we had the chance to try the new frozen breakfast dishes by Pillsbury, I said of course!
The new Pillsbury Grands! Biscuit Sandwiches and Pillsbury Egg Scrambles are available in the freezer section of your grocery store. They’re microwaveable so you can have a hot and delicious breakfast in minutes. And they come in a variety of flavors to satisfy everyone’s tastes!

I had a heck of a time trying to find the product in my small town so I could use my coupons. Finally I spied the Grands! Biscuit Sandwiches at Giant Eagle and scooped up one of each flavor. I had no idea what to expect before trying them, a frozen biscuit heated up in the microwave didn’t really sound all that appetizing! I tried a Ham and Veggie Biscuit Sandwich. It heated up in about 2 minutes and 10 seconds, just like the package stated it would. The sandwich sure looked good, but how was the taste?
Yum! Surprisingly, the biscuit was soft and fluffy, not at all hard or soggy like I feared it would be. The eggs and ham were tasty and the veggies tasted very fresh. I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning! I’m going to save the other boxes for my son, I’m hoping he’ll like them and since it takes just two minutes to heat a sandwich up, he should have no trouble making time for a hot breakfast!
