SpiritHoodsKids PRO BLUE Tiger Hood – help an animal! #review

Both of my kids have a unique fashion sense. They wear clothes that really show who they are and I encourage them to do so. My tween daughter knows that accessories can really make an outfit and she is always on the lookout for just the right pieces.

The super fuzzy and completely adorable animal hat that Pie recently reviewed from SpiritHoodsKids, is one of her new favorites! At eleven and a half, the kid sized hat fits her head perfectly. One more year and we’ll most likely have to move up to adult sized hoods, But for now this one is great!

We love these fuzzy hoods and what they stand for!

Besides being fuzzy and cute, the Tiger Hood is part of the SpiritHoodsKids PRO BLUE program. When you purchase a Tiger hood with the PRO BLUE label, like my daughter is wearing, SpiritHoods will donate 10% {of the net profits} to  the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Tiger rescue efforts in Laos.

Sadly, there are only 10 to 20 Tigers left in the entire country due to illegal poaching :(. The PRO BLUE label also comes in Wolf, Snow Leopard, Polar Bear and Panda Bear styles. Each one will support that specific animal’s preservation efforts when purchased.

SpiritHoods are extremely well made and will last for years. My daughter owns a knock-off brand that isn’t nearly as nice as the real deal. Also, SpiritHoods are handmade right in the United States!

I love supporting our country by buying U.S.A. manufactured products so this is a big plus for me. The hood has a soft tag inside with room to write your child’s name. The stitching is all very secure and we love that SpiritHoods are 3-in-1; The fuzzy hat has long sides with pockets in the “paws” for mittens and the sides can also be used as a scarf to keep your neck warm!

Have you seen the new Doodle Hoods?? Oh. My. Gosh. They are awesome and come in gorgeous Snow Leopard for boys or Husky for girls styles. So darn cute!
