Well, I sure won’t win any awards for these photos but I’m happy with them. This new camera of mine is still a mystery to me and I’m almost regretting getting one that I can play with. The Nikon P100
I recently bought does have some nice features that I am just not good at using…yet.
Anyway, when the moon finally decided to come out from behind the clouds last night it was already well above our heads. So no, we didn’t get to see the horizon illusion, it did look much bigger than usual though, and very bright! What do you think? I’d love to see your photos of the Perigee Full Moon so share a link in comments!

The moon was quite impressive as I came up against the skyline. Much larger than what is normally seen.
