Giveaways and Contests General Information: When you enter a giveaway, contest or other promotion, ahensnest.com may ask you for contact information such as your name, phone number, physical address and email address in order to administer the contest, notify winners and make the winners’ list publicly available pursuant to certain states’ laws. Your consent to such promotional use and disclosure of this information is a condition of your participation and will be used by me for absolutely no other purpose.
Giveaway Rules:
- If the mandatory entry is not completed then all entries will be deemed ineligible.
- Read the rules of each individual giveaway in case of specific conditions please!
- Replies to winning email notification must be made within the time stated in the giveaway rules or prize will be forfeited and passed on to next name on the list.
- Make sure to add your email into the comment form when entering a giveaway. If I can’t contact you, you can’t win!
- Unless otherwise noted in the giveaway post, all winners must be aged 18 or older and reside in the United States of America.
- Please do not enter a giveaway with more than one email address. There really is no need to do this as you’re given multiple options for extra entries. If I find out that you’re using multiple emails to enter the same giveaway I’ll have to ban you from the site.
- ahensnest.com is not responsible for the shipping and fulfillment of prizes, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post. If you do not receive your prize in a timely manner, please email me and I will do all that I can to contact the sponsor and get your prize to you.
