Fun ChalkboardDogs! from

My memory is a lot like Dory’s from Little Nemo so anything I can do to remind myself of important dates and events make my life easier. The lovely people over at Steadfast Friends sent our family this great organizational tool for review — a ChalkboardDogs!™ in the shape of a Labrador Retriever. When our ChalkboardDogs!™ arrived, the kids had fun drawing all over it with the Chalk Ink® we were also sent.

All summer, they have been adding little phrases and favorite summertime activities to the ChalkboardDogs!™ that I stuck to our refrigerator. The super large writing surface just begs to be drawn and doodled on — and they sure took advantage of it!

Now that their days of freedom are coming to an end (woooo!), I decided to use the ChalkboardDogs!™ as a countdown reminder for the first day of school. Once school starts, I’ll use it to write reminders about school events and may even use it to keep a weekly lunch menu for what I’ll be packing in my daughter’s lunch.

We really like the bright colors of the Chalk Ink®. The kids have even had fun decorating the dog, it’s a great way to encourage some creativity.

What is really great about the product is that ChalkboardDogs!™ are repositionable chalkboards. They can be placed on any flat surface, including walls, doors, appliances and more. They wipe off easily with an eraser, damp cloth or sponge. It’s nice to know that the material used for ChalkboardDogs!™ is an eco friendly chalkboard film that is coated with a repositionable, removable adhesive. The grainy texture, slate gray film provides an exceptional finish for writing or drawing with regular chalk or Chalk Ink®.

Pretty cool! I’m betting my boys would like one!

That is so great. And I have never heard of chalk “ink” before. That looks a lot less messy and a lot more fun and colorful. Thanks for sharing.

It is really fun to use and reminds me of those paint markers. The colors are nice and bright as well and it’s easier to store over regular chalk.

I need reminders too. That’s what happens when you older. I love The Chalkboard Dog mostly because I love animals. So what better hanging reminder board that a dog. So neat! I wonder if the have Chalkboard Cats, if not they should.
