Since I’m failing miserably at keeping my #project366 up to date — here are some photos from the past two weeks! I’m starting @fatmumslim’s photo a day challenge tomorrow. I used her image prompt as my desktop’s wallpaper, maybe… just maybe it will help me to remember to take that daily photo!

I fry it with butter, peppers, salt and pepper — yum! It’s especially good if you let it get a bit browned, this is corn we froze fresh from the field last fall and it tasted so good!
