You already know I hate it when we have to use any kind of chemicals in our home, I try to search out products that aren’t harsh to our environment. When EcoStore asked me to do a review I knew exactly what to try. Our dog Ginger has sensitive skin, not to mention smelly skin. The pet shampoos we’ve been using seem to dry her out even more. The description for their Soothing fit Ginger’s needs perfectly:

That mild enough for frequent use part is important! We had given Ginger a bath 2 days before our review product came. I was afraid that giving her another so soon would irritate her skin but we went ahead with it anyway. It absolutely did not dry her skin out! She had been itchy from shedding but since her soothing bath hasn’t even lifted a leg to get at an itch this week! I couldn’t believe how much more dirt and hair came out of her since we thought she was still clean from that earlier bath, guess we were wrong! Yuck! We’re on day four since using EcoStore’s shampoo and Ginger still smells good! That’s a miracle! I know Ginger’s happy because she’s been allowed on the couch for more than one day after her bath :) More couch time = dog in heaven.
Both Super Genius and I were impressed by how great the shampoo smelled. With ingredients like honey, honey and almond natural fragrance and chamomile, sage and calendula (how DO you say that!) extracts it can’t help smelling good! Super Genius thought it was a little on the thin side so you do need to be careful not to get carried away because a little does go a long way. It definitely lathers up well and was very easy to rinse out. Super G. says he loved that because it usually takes a long time to rinse Ginger with the other shampoo we were using, it had a sticky feel unlike the EcoStore brand.
At $13.00 for a 12 fluid ounce bottle we think it’s a good value. We used about 1-2 Tbs for our 65lb beast so this bottle will last us a long time. Look Ginger’s shiny!

I've actually tried this pet shampoo. My dogs coats are shiny and manageable. I definitely agree that the product lathers up really well. Cute video. My dogs never stand still for a bath!! =)

Now if I had a dog, this would be perfect, but I don't. However my mom does, she has several. She uses baby shampoo now, I am gonna tell her about this product.

I love that you are using chemical-free shampoo on your pet. with all the cancers and illnesses animals get and die early, something like this may just help them live longer. We also use the ecostoreusa products with our kids and they smell really nice.

I definitely think you should give this product a try. We've used baby shampoo in the past before and this EcoStore product does a much better job. I can't believe that Ginger STILL smells good!
