Bacon, spinach, Alfredo sauce and three cheese tortellini are combined in this quick and easy casserole that's ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
19 oz bag Three-Cheese Tortellini
1 lb thick-cut bacon
2 cups canned spinach, drained
1 Tbs parsley
16 oz jar Ragu Cheesy Classic Alfredo
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice bacon into ½ inch pieces and cook over med-high heat until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Cook Tortellini according to package directions. Drain Well.
Gently stir Alfredo Sauce into tortellini.
Add bacon, reserving ¼ cup.
Evenly spread spinach over bottom of greased 9" x 9" casserole.
Top with Tortellini mixture.
Sprinkle with ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, parsley and reserved bacon.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and top is golden.
