{almost} Wordless Wednesday – Christmas Chorus Concert #ww

We attended our daughter’s Christmas Chorus concert last night. It was such a lovely hour and a half of music with all of the students in middle through high school singing holiday favorites. We ended up having to sit way way up at the top of the auditorium, so I wasn’t able to get good photos or a video — at least we could hear them singing! Here’s a really bad video of the kids singing their last song. Our daughter is in the row second from the top and fourth from left. Do your kids have holiday concerts?

    I love it!

My kiddo isn’t in choir but our church had a Christmas program last weekend. We missed it because I was ill.

Awww, that is so nice. My kids are still a little young I think. ,but I am hoping when they get into the higher grades they will do something like this at school.!

My son dropped out of chorus this year because his voice is changing! Holiday concerts are fun though, we still attend even without him singing

We just attended our son’s too. :) My daughter used to be in band and loved doing these kinds of things. all the sudden at 14 she thinks that they’re not cool to do anymore. :o/ I beg to differ, I think they’re very cool. :)
I can’t get the video to play, but I think that’s because my fan’s running high (my computer’s been warning me for days that it’s not happy).

Glad you had a great time!

Glad the concert went well and you enjoyed it. We homeschool and usually do not do any programs. Our children might go to a nursing home in January with their piano teacher for a recital though.
