{almost} Wordless Wednesday – Daffodils & Dirt Roads #ww

I can never be truly wordless but I will keep it short this week! Saturday was a gorgeous day and it looks like the rest of this week calls for more of the same blue skies and warmer temps. It’s so nice to be able to get outside, throw open the windows and take walks down our country road, now that it isn’t raining all the time! April showers did bring us a few May flowers, so the rain is good for something :)

Pie and I went for a mile walk up and down the road… we would have went farther but when we got {almost} to the creek, there was a distinctly skunky smell. We turned and hightailed it for home. I don’t particularly wish to bathe in tomato soup!

Beautiful photos. Our daffodils bloomed a couple of months ago. I miss them. I’m glad it’s finally getting nice there. It’s a good thing you avoided the skunk, it’s really hard to get rid of that smell even with tomato juice.
