Meaningful Beauty skincare by Cindy Crawford – Test Drive {After}

It has been just shy of four weeks since I introduced you to the Meaningful Beauty 5-step treatment by Cindy Crawford. You might remember that I was complaining {a tiny bit} about how my aging skin has started to show those pesky fine lines and wrinkles, especially around my eye area. I also shared that I have been slack on using any kind of dry skin treatment in the past and really had not been taking care of my skin the way that I should be. 

Since I have never used an entire line of products together before, certainly never regularly, I have to tell you that I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep it up for the whole month long test drive! My worry was for nothing though, I was surprised by how easy it was to get into the habit of taking care of my skin every day! And, I can honestly say that I have been faithfully using this kit every single day for the last month! Yes, of course I did miss my nightly routine two times during the month, I felt so guilty about it though that I made sure it didn’t happen again!

So let’s see what the Meaningful Beauty skin care kit tells us we should see improvement on within 6 weeks –

While it has only been four weeks in on my test drive, I am very pleased with the results so far! I can truly see a slight difference in the depth of the “crow’s feet” wrinkles around my eys and the smile lines around my mouth. My skin is also so much softer than it was when I started. It no longer feels so tight and stretched from being dry, it feels hydrated and smooth. 

Also, I have noticed that the redness, or uneven skin tone, isn’t as pronounced as it was before I started using Meaningful Beauty. I haven’t had any more breakouts than usual, in fact I’ve probably had less. Even though my skin can sometimes be a bit sensitive, none of the lotions bothered me or irritated my skin. 

As I mentioned before, having the included “Cindy’s Daily Routine” instruction sheet truly helped me get off to a great start with the treatment kit. I was able to confidently use the products in the order that they were meant to be used in and in a way that I knew was correct by reading this simple sheet. Here is my basic daily routine:

Morning:

• Cleanse face with a dollop of Skin Softening Cleaner using my fingers and a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth to exfoliate.
• Smooth 1 squirt of Creme de Serum over my face with fingertips.
• Smooth 1 squirt of Antioxidant Day Creme over my face with fingertips.
• Pat a drop of Lifting Eye Creme underneath each eye with fingertip.

I think that because this is my first time using a skin care kit like this, I may have been using a bit less each day than I am supposed to be using. I have quite a bit left over after 4 weeks, it still seemed to do its job though so I am not complaining!
