Infographic: How much sleep do you need?

I thought that this Infographic on sleep was super interesting. As an adult, I should be gettign from 9 to 7 hours of sleep per night…..

Um. not so much. Honestly, I’m probably lucky if I get 4. This is not good. Perhaps this is why my brain just does not like to cooperate with me! How much sleep do you get?

    I always get 7-7.5 hours. I’d be a witch if I didn’t lol

“The average American spent 7.5 hours a night in bed, but actually 6.1 asleep.”

So the average American is doing something in bed other than sleep for 1.4 hours a night? That’s not bad; hubba hubba. What? Oh, their watching TV? That’s sad.

The scariest part is the fact about doctors’ lack of sleep! This whole infographic made me tired. I’m going to take a nap and feel like I’m doing the world a service :)

Most nights I’m sleeping somewhere between 7 – 9 hours, thank goodness the kids are getting older, I’m enjoying it.

I learned from my doctor lately that working online, exercising and drinking coffee late is not good for sleep. And I do all three. So I am planning on moving the last three hours of my day to the morning and completely shift when I do things.

Don’t remind me. I am a night owl and I spend my nights *cough* writing. I need to get more sleep. lol

I only get about 6 or sometimes 7 hours of sleep! (: I wake up pretty early for school!
